2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian address. bbp4d services are designed specifically for the Indonesian market and may not be available to residents of other jurisdictions.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You must not be subject to any legal restrictions that would prevent you from participating in online gaming activities.
4. Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one (1) account with bbp4d. Creating multiple accounts, operating accounts on behalf of third parties, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
5. Good Standing: You must not have previously had an account closed by bbp4d due to breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or any other violation. Attempting to circumvent a previous ban or suspension is prohibited.
6. Personal Use: Your account is for personal, recreational use only. Commercial, professional, or business use of bbp4d services is not permitted.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow others to access your account. You agree to:

• Create a strong, unique password that is not used for other online services
• Keep your password confidential and secure at all times
• Notify bbp4d immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when accessing bbp4d from shared or public devices

You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, including any transactions, wagers, or communications made through your account, whether authorized by you or not. bbp4d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bbp4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, we reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license)

• Source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

bbp4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.1 Deposit Requirements

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10,000 (ten thousand Rupiah). Deposits below this amount will not be processed.
• Maximum Deposit: Daily deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Standard accounts have a daily limit of Rp 50,000,000 (fifty million Rupiah). Higher limits may be available to VIP members.
• Own Funds Only: You must deposit funds from payment sources registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits from joint accounts, business accounts, or accounts not registered to the account holder will be rejected and returned minus processing fees.

6. Withdrawals and Payout Policy

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah).
• Maximum Withdrawal: Standard withdrawal limit is Rp 50,000,000 (fifty million Rupiah) per transaction. Daily withdrawal limit is Rp 100,000,000 (one hundred million Rupiah). VIP members may have higher limits.
• Account Verification: Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before withdrawals can be processed. First-time withdrawals will trigger automatic verification requirements.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 15-30 minutes during business hours (09:00-22:00 WIB, Monday-Sunday). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

6.2 Withdrawal Restrictions

• Active disputes or investigations related to your account
• Technical errors or system maintenance
• Requests for withdrawal to third-party accounts or accounts not matching registered details

7. Bonuses and Promotions

bbp4d offers various bonuses and promotional offers to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with the applicable bonus terms.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players at bbp4d's discretion. We reserve the right to exclude any player from promotional offers.
• One Bonus Per Household: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus is permitted per player, household, IP address, email address, phone number, or shared device.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Standard wagering requirement is 15x (fifteen times) the bonus amount unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute at lower rates (usually 10-50% depending on the game).
• Maximum Bet: While playing with bonus funds, maximum bet size is limited to Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah) per spin/bet unless otherwise specified. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any winnings.
• Expiration: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements typically expire 30 days after issuance unless otherwise stated. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

bbp4d reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts if bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other activity deemed to be taking unfair advantage of promotional offers.

8. Gaming Rules and Conduct

You agree to use bbp4d services in a fair and responsible manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or share information
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, payment fraud, or identity fraud
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to disguise your location
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or bbp4d staff
• Sharing account access with third parties or operating accounts on behalf of others
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack bbp4d software or systems

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

9. Sports Betting Specific Terms

When placing sports bets (including football betting markets such as bandar bola, mix parlay, Asian Handicap/voor, and other markets), the following terms apply:

• Bet Acceptance: bbp4d reserves the right to accept, reject, or limit any bet at our discretion. Bets are not confirmed until accepted by our system.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing sports body. Results will not be changed after settlement except in cases of obvious error.
• Cancellation and Postponement: If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. Specific rules vary by sport.
• Live Betting: Odds and availability for live/in-play betting may change rapidly. Bets placed on markets already decided at the time of bet placement will be voided.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout on a single bet or related combination of bets is Rp 500,000,000 (five hundred million Rupiah). Potential winnings exceeding this amount will be capped at the maximum.

10. Casino Games and Fair Gaming

All casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games) provided on bbp4d use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Games are provided by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others. Each provider operates under their own gaming license and fairness certification.

While bbp4d strives to ensure all games function correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. In the event of game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. Technical malfunctions do not entitle players to compensation beyond the return of the original stake.

bbp4d provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the bbp4d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of bbp4d or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without prior written consent.

14. Account Closure and Termination

bbp4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Provision of false information during registration or verification
• Suspected money laundering or connection to criminal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Extended period of account inactivity

Upon termination, any outstanding balances may be forfeited depending on the reason for closure. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. After closure, you must not attempt to create a new account without our express permission.
